There's a lot going on in making an app; as it is Research alone took a month plus from figuring out the topic of wet markets, studying other apps to gain inspiration while understanding their flaws, target audience (who'll use the app??), SWOT analysis then User Research where I dived into the persona of my target audience...
Once that is done it's on to the User Journey where I understand the current situations; common routines of users & staff's experiences (Margo is expected to be used by customers & it's own workers) where their problems & goodness arise. From there I can understand what to do or not when developing the app. At the end of the day it won't be a perfect product but the culture of learning & experimenting must continue. Such a simple workflow like this helps~
